Brian H. Breedlove and Carrie Noll have been awarded the highest possible rating (AV) from Martindale-Hubbell, a nationally recognized survey of lawyers and judges. Brian H. Breedlove was the first attorney in the region to be awarded membership in the multi-million dollar verdict forum which consists of the top 5% of the lawyers in the State and was named a Super Lawyer in 2010. Carrie Noll is the first woman in the region to attain membership in the multi-million dollar verdict forum.

Because of our well known trial skills, the lawyers in our firm are often requested to appear as Trial Counsel by other lawyers throughout the upstate area. Our law firm is centrally located in the Saratoga-Lake George –Capital Region of New York State. Our trial practice takes to all corners of the State from New York City to the Canadian Border and west to Buffalo.

In 2006 Brian H. Breedlove and Carrie Noll represented a catastrophically injured motorcyclist in a case against UPS that arose from a truck/motorcycle collision and involved the traumatic amputation of the dominant arm. After a long trial, the Jury awarded a verdict in favor of our client in excess of $11 million dollars. This verdict is the highest verdict in the history of Warren County, New York in an accident case. It is believed to be the highest motorcycle/injury verdict in upstate New York. While we are known for our experience and results in catastrophic injury cases we are a broad based firm engaged in a Trial practice that includes the litigation of Business, Commercial, Real Estate, Unfair Competition, Civil rights, Insurance and Employment cases. Our lawyers have successfully represented businesses and individuals in matters involving Defamation, Fraud, Forgery, Arson, Partnership Dissolution, Shareholder’s Derivative actions and Mortgage Foreclosure. We are experienced before the EEOC and the New York Human Rights Division.

Our lawyers have been called upon to serve on professional practice committees including the Board of Directors of the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association, New York State Bar’s Trial Lawyers Section, the Saratoga County Bar Association Executive Board, and The Federal Practice Committee for the Northern District of New York.

Lawyers are required to take Continuing Legal Education courses every year in order to maintain their skills and their license to practice in the State of New York. As a result members of the Bar with a distinguished record are asked to teach these courses. The lawyers from Breedlove & Noll, LLP have been regular instructors at such courses in areas such as: accident reconstruction, cross-examination, evidence, ethics, jury selection, seat belt defense, cross-examination of expert witnesses, sexual harassment, employment discrimination, and civil rights.
